Yes, that can happen. If you've been subscribed to the loot box for a year or longer or have shopped with us multiple times in recent months, you might already own one or another of these items.

Of course, you can return the surprise boxes like any other purchase. However, please note that you can only return complete boxes and not individual items from them.
