We can now offer you our popular Binary Clock as a larger version for the wall in your room or office. The functionality is fundamentally the same:
The clock displays the current time using LEDs in binary. This makes it something very special in our range of wall clocks!
Each LED column represents a digit of the time, with the number being displayed in binary. This means the bottom LED of each column represents 1, the second represents 2, the third represents 4, and the top represents 8. To get the corresponding digit of the time, you simply add up all the lit LEDs in a column. In the picture, for example, the time is exactly 14:03:00. Additionally, you can switch to a 'true' binary mode, where the bottom three rows represent seconds, minutes, and hours.
The Binary Wall Clock has blue LEDs and is approximately 31x31cm in size and about 3.2cm deep. You can either hang it on a wall or set it up with the included stand. The clock has 3 brightness levels and requires a constant power connection (230V, Euro plug). To retain the time during a power outage, 3 AA batteries can be inserted (batteries not included). Of course, the clock also comes with a detailed manual in German, English, French, and Spanish.
